D E S C R I P T I O N

The Micro Actuator MA-35 is a slim linear drive which is mainly suited for applications with limited space conditions or where high-precision actuators must be positioned decoupled of the drive. Motorized Actuators MA-35 are standardly offered with DC-motor-gear encoder and 2-phase motor-gear combination or as direct drive DC-2 encoder or phase stepper motor combination. The motorized drives can be combined with a ground prestressed recirculating ball screw with 1mm or 2mm pitch.Depending on requirement high pressure forces, high resolution, dynamic and speed can be achieved. Micro Actuator MA-35 is fitted out with a hardened lobed prestressed high-precision ball bearing. So an optimal smooth move is guaranteed. The travel range amounts to 52 mm (2“). Two integrated mechanical- or as an option optical limit switches prevent damage from accidental overtravel. All function elements are made from respectively stainless steel.
