PIEZO PRODUCT LINE - Made in the USA

Our popular miniature, long-travel piezo product family is growing. The line is featuring two new linear stage lines with travel up to 100mm. The new PPS-20 and PPS-28 stages are based on ultra-high precision cross-roller bearings and our patent pending, multi-phase piezo motor. Resolutions to less than 1 nm at speeds of > 2mm are achieved.

While MICOS is headquartered in Germany, this product line is designed and manufactured at our Irvine, CA location which makes MICOS USA the only US based manufacturer of this kind of technology.
